The bar is run by Carlos and Angela, who make a point of making each and every guest, both old and new, feel as though they were old friends.

The Solimar also has a number of apartments available for either short or long term rental, as well as a superb 5 bedroom villa in San Carlos that can accommodate up to 10 people for that holiday with a little bit of luxury.
